Rolling Stones Keith Richards Selling His New York Penthouse

Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards and his wife, model Patti Hansen, have put their penthouse on Fifth Avenue in New York up for sale. Bought only 2 years ago, the couple bought the apartment for $10.5 million in 2014 after it underwent a $4.5 million price reduction. It seems as though for some reason they didn't really care for the place and have decided to try and make a little profit off their purchase by asking $12.9 million for it now.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom penthouse is actually three units that were combined in a 2011 renovation by architect Joe Serrins. It also comes with three terraces and a bathroom in each bedroom.

I've been to events at other places, but this was my first time in here. Great Seattle Venues. Food was good and seating was very comfortable. Also, very good view from where I sat. This is such a cool venue and the atmosphere was equally amazing.
